Pantelleria is a small island off the south west coast of Sicily where this passito wine is produced.
The wine has a golden yellow colour, an aromatic scent of honey, eucalyptus and apricot perfume, with a warm and fragrant taste. The delicate persistence of its aromatic components and the plentiful sugar make it suitable to accompany both fresh and dry desserts.
