Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, from the Rhone, is one of the worlds most famous dessert wine appellations.
The wine is fortified but at 15.00% the fruit isn’t overpowered by alcohol. The wine is a pale golden colour, typical of the appellation. It offers a beautiful palate of fruit flavours, balanced with plenty of acidity.
Wines from this appellation are made to be drunk young but will keep for 5 to 10 years.
