The Fairview Estate is located in the heart of the Paarl wine district on the south west facing slopes of Paarl Mountain.
La Beryl Blanc is a traditional handcrafted straw wine with enormous poise and concentration. The wine has a golden straw colour and is fragrant, succulent and crisp, a sumptuous dessert wine of balance and finesse. Offering ripe creamy peach and apricot aromas, wild honey hints and intense ripe fruit.
This wine is excellent value for money and could be enjoyed as an aperitif or served with dessert.
