Cordon Cut refers to a unique process which involves cutting the canes when the grapes are ripe, allowing the grapes to concentrate and raisin naturally on the vine.
The wine is pale yellow-lime in colour. It displays incredibly delicate yet intense fruit of orange and mandarin, with honey, spice and mineral highlights. The fine, zingy acidity balances the fruit ensuring a delightful flavour and long finish, without being cloying.
A wonderful wine which has won many accolades including Regional Trophy Winner in Decanter’s World Wine awards.
