Stoney Ridge is located in a unique land mass called ‘The Beamsville Bench’ within the heart of Niagara’s wine growing district. This unique location is recognized for producing Canada’s finest Ice Wines.
The grapes are hand picked at night when temperatures are as low as -10C. Amber to gold in colour, the wine has all the classic Gewurztraminer character; lychee, rose petal, mango and spice. A creamy, buttery mouth feel with mellow fruit flavours contrasted by mocha and toffee flavours.
This is a very unusual and rare wine and we are proud to be the only importer to the UK of this wine.
