This is an historic Rheingau estate producing extremely high quality Riesling wines.
The Auslese is a harvest of selected, very ripe bunches of grapes. The pale yellow wine offers great acidity, light alcohol and wonderful botrytis influences.
It has an intense bouquet and taste, while being wonderfully structured and balanced. Serve as an aperitif or with Roquefort cheese.
