Description: This small family owned estate is situated in the heart of Rivesaltes, one of the most important appellations for vins doux naturels. The estate produces modern fruit driven wines.
Three different processes are used for this wine, with the key being fortification of the wine through the addition of neutral alcohol part way through fermentation.
The wine is a pale golden colour offering a full palette of aromas. A bouquet of citrus and exotic fruit, peaches and apricots if offered. Laid down for ten years or so, the aromas develop into candied fruit and oriental spices.
