The Nectar is only made in vintages where late autumn fog presents the ideal conditions to precipitate the development of Botrytis, typically every second or third year.
Pale straw with green tinges, developing a golden hue with age. Aromas of lime juice, apricot and musk come to the fore. The botrytis contributes cumquat marmalade and dried apricot notes.
A luscious wine with cleansing acidity, offering great value and cellaring potential.
